ST PAUL’S RESULTS
KS1 also did us proud with the following AMAZING results

Lastly our year 1 pupils all undertook the National Phonic Screen Assessment with a staggering 100% meeting the expected standard and many significantly exceeding it!
Congratulations to all of our children and a huge thank you to the staff at St Paul’s and of course to our parents for all the support we know you give to your children.

GOODBYE STAFF
At the end of another successful year, we say goodbye and farewell to some very valued staff. Mrs Blackwell leaves us after 9 years teaching across KS2 and looking our KS2 curriculum. She is going on to a new school as a Nurture Teacher and we wish her all the luck in the world. Thank you for everything. We miss you already.
Mr Wood leaves us at the end of his temporary maternity leave cover post. We wish him well in his new school and the next phase of his career.
Mrs Jordan also finishes her temporary post where she became a main part of the team instantly and shared her skills in every year group from 4+ to Year 6. She also looked after our children at Forest School which was an added bonus!
Good luck to you both and we will hopefully see Mrs Jordan again in the Autumn if we need any additional cover teacher time.
PARENT/ HELPER THANK YOU
Thank you to all of our parents who joined their child/ren for a delightful Afternoon Tea, which was our thank you for all their help over the last year. Thanks also go to Mrs Schofield and her lovely Grandson, Henry, for providing all the yummy cakes and endless supplies of tea and juice for the children.
SCHOOL WEBSITE
Our key dates for events during the next academic year will be posted on our website ready for the new academic year. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THE DATES THAT ARE RELEVANT TO YOUR CHILD IN YOUR OWN PERSONAL DIARIES. As much as we would love to we can’t promise to remind you of everything that goes on in our busy school. This means that you will need to regularly check the website. Key dates are also in the partnership book.
Have a great summer and see you again at the end of August.
Yours sincerely
